Location: Kandy, Nuwara Eliya districts in Central Province, Badulla district in Uva Province, Batticoloa district in Eastern Province, Mullaitivu district in Northern Province, Sri Lanka.
- Strengthened the Participatory Governance Forum.
- Trained several trainers in values and principles of good governance and accountability of State.
- Developed standard operating procedures and technical resources to establish and operationalize community governance mechanisms.
- Facilitated the development of a Local Governance Policy Framework for Sri Lanka.
- Drafted a Policy on Community Governance for Sri Lanka.
- Generated public discourse on the importance of community governance.
- Strengthened Community Governance Mechanisms through which resources are accessed.
- Targeted beneficiaries: 80,000 families to access State resources.
