The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing the visibility, customer engagement, and overall growth of the Made by Her brand. This role supports both sales and marketing activities, including planning and running promotional campaigns, managing social media and online product listings, and ensuring that all communication reflects a consistent and positive brand image.

The coordinator will work closely with women entrepreneurs, customers, retail partners, media contacts, and the internal team. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, supporting customer relationships, and helping to organize market events such as pop up stalls, exhibitions, and trade fairs. The position also involves monitoring marketing performance, maintaining records, and contributing ideas that help improve promotional strategies. Overall, this role helps women led enterprises reach new markets, strengthen their brand presence, and grow their businesses with confidence.

The Head of Operations HOO will provide overall operational and strategic oversight to Human Resources, Procurement, Administration, and IT functions. The Senior Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Chrysalis’ mission by helping secure funding, manage donor relationships, and implement individual and corporate fundraising strategies. This role combines strategic planning, donor engagement, partnership building, donor stewardship, reporting, and event coordination to strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability. The Fundraising Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, donors, corporate firms, and partners to develop appeals, proposals, track funding opportunities, and ensure timely reporting to maintain trust and accountability. 

Full-time. Office-based (HO) in Colombo with a requirement for meeting donors and field visits.
