The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing the visibility, customer engagement, and overall growth of the Made by Her brand. This role supports both sales and marketing activities, including planning and running promotional campaigns, managing social media and online product listings, and ensuring that all communication reflects a consistent and positive brand image.
The coordinator will work closely with women entrepreneurs, customers, retail partners, media contacts, and the internal team. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, supporting customer relationships, and helping to organize market events such as pop up stalls, exhibitions, and trade fairs. The position also involves monitoring marketing performance, maintaining records, and contributing ideas that help improve promotional strategies. Overall, this role helps women led enterprises reach new markets, strengthen their brand presence, and grow their businesses with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Maintain strong storytelling through visuals, short videos, testimonials, and success stories of women entrepreneurs.
Work with designers, videographers, content creators, and PR partners to deliver promotional outputs.
Manage MBH social media pages, online store listings, and regular content publishing.
Run monthly digital marketing plans including campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations, festive marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.
Track website traffic, social media analytics, conversion rates, and customer engagement; provide monthly insights.
Respond to client inquiries via email, platforms, and phone calls to ensure positive experiences.
Maintain CRM databases including leads, buyers, orders, follow-ups, and new relationship pipelines.
Assist with sales forecasting, tracking monthly targets, monitoring product performance, and preparing sales dashboards.
Support retail activations, pop-ups, exhibitions, trade fairs, and seasonal events.
Conduct brand audits, competitor mapping, and customer trend analysis to shape marketing strategy.
Identify new market opportunities, corporate partnerships, and retail collaborations.
Prepare monthly progress reports, photo documentation, lead sheets, and customer feedback summaries.
Share marketing insights and recommendations with management for decision-making
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media or related field (OR equivalent professional experience).
At least 2–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination, sales support, digital marketing, brand management, or retail. Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
Knowledge in social media management tools, CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing.
Good creative skills: photography, video content, Canva/Adobe tools.
Analytical orientation: able to read marketing data, trends, dashboards, and customer feedback.
Positive attitude, customer-friendly personality, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work on weekends or travel occasionally for marketing events/pop-ups.
