Empowering Sri Lanka’s Tea Plantation Communities

This project focused on enhancing worker-management relationships in tea plantations to achieve social cohesion and sustainable livelihoods for plantation communities.

Implemented by Chrysalis with support from CARE UK and Twinnings, the project aimed to strengthen collaboration between workers and management, improve workplace communication, and promote inclusive business practices.
