Implemented by Chrysalis with support from the Unions of Bogawantalawa Tea Estates PLC, the project targeted improved workplace communication, participatory labor practices, and empowerment of plantation workers.
Primary beneficiaries included workers, management, and local communities, with improved labor relations and a more cohesive plantation environment.
