Empowering Sri Lanka’s Tea Plantation Communities

The project enhanced worker-management relationships to foster social cohesion and sustainable livelihoods within tea plantations.

Implemented by Chrysalis with support from the Unions of Bogawantalawa Tea Estates PLC, the project targeted improved workplace communication, participatory labor practices, and empowerment of plantation workers.
