Empowering Sri Lanka’s Tea Plantation Communities

This project strengthened worker-management relationships to promote social cohesion and sustainable livelihoods for tea plantation communities.

Implemented by Chrysalis with support from the Unions of Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC, the project emphasized collaborative labor practices, inclusive decision-making, and improved workplace harmony.
