The Ethical Tea Partnership – Phase I Project focused on strengthening worker participation and collective voice within plantation communities through the establishment of Community Development Forums (CDFs).

Implemented by Chrysalis with funding from the Ethical Tea Partnership, the project aimed to create structured platforms where workers could actively engage in decision-making, raise concerns, and collaboratively address key workforce and community development issues.
