This project provided financial literacy training and microfinance support to tea plantation community members, promoting economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
Implemented by Chrysalis with support from Standard Chartered Bank, the project aimed to enhance financial management skills and support small-scale entrepreneurship.
Primary beneficiaries included workers in tea plantations, particularly women, gaining skills and support for economic empowerment.
