Network, Engage & Transform

The NET Project – Network, Engage & Transform aimed to strengthen the political representation and leadership of women and girls in Northern Sri Lanka as a critical step in preventing and addressing gender-based violence (GBV).

Implemented by Chrysalis with funding from CARE Deutschland-Luxemburg and the European Union – Sri Lanka & Maldives, the project recognized that women’s meaningful participation in political and decision-making spaces is essential to building safer, more equitable communities.
