The PACE I Project – Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement in Plantation Communities focused on strengthening the personal development and career readiness of women and youth in plantation-sector communities.
Implemented by Chrysalis with funding from CARE USA and the Gap Foundation, the project responded to the limited access plantation youth and women often face in education, confidence-building, and career advancement opportunities within the plantation economy.
The primary beneficiaries were women and youth from plantation communities, many of whom faced long-standing structural barriers to education, employment, and career mobility.
This project was made possible through the generous support of our donors, whose contributions played a vital role in planning, implementation, and successful delivery. Their commitment to social impact and sustainable development helped drive meaningful change and ensured that the project objectives were achieved for the benefit of the communities involved.
