Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement in Plantation Community – II

The Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement – II project focused on providing soft-skills development for women and youth in plantation communities to support career advancement and employability.

Implemented by Chrysalis with funding from CARE USA and the Gap Foundation, the project aimed to enhance individual capacities, empower marginalized groups, and create pathways for professional growth in underserved plantation areas.

Implementation

The project worked to:

  • Provide training in communication, leadership, and workplace skills.
  • Build the capacity of women and youth to pursue career opportunities.
  • Support mentoring and coaching for personal and professional development.
  • Encourage participation in income-generating and professional advancement activities.
