The Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement – II project focused on providing soft-skills development for women and youth in plantation communities to support career advancement and employability.
Implemented by Chrysalis with funding from CARE USA and the Gap Foundation, the project aimed to enhance individual capacities, empower marginalized groups, and create pathways for professional growth in underserved plantation areas.
The primary beneficiaries included young men and women in plantation communities, who gained enhanced employability, soft-skills, confidence, and improved opportunities for career advancement.
This project was made possible through the generous support of our donors, whose contributions played a vital role in planning, implementation, and successful delivery. Their commitment to social impact and sustainable development helped drive meaningful change and ensured that the project objectives were achieved for the benefit of the communities involved.
