This project offered technical assistance to CARE Malawi for replicating Chrysalis’s Community Development Forum (CDF) model to enhance community participation and local governance.
Implemented by Chrysalis with support from CARE UK and CARE Malawi, the project aimed to strengthen governance structures and citizen engagement.
Primary beneficiaries included local communities, leaders, and civil society actors in Malawi, improving participatory governance structures.
