TRANSFORM aimed to change social norms to promote rights and gender equality by empowering women at the grassroots level.
Implemented by Chrysalis with support from the European Union – Sri Lanka and Maldives, the project worked to address systemic barriers to women’s empowerment and reduce gender-based violence.
Primary beneficiaries included women and community members, gaining awareness, skills, and support to challenge harmful gender norms and reduce GBV.
This project was made possible through the generous support of our donors, whose contributions played a vital role in planning, implementation, and successful delivery.
