Climate-Resilient Livelihoods and Sustainable Agricultural Practices training conducted for Producer Group members
“What does it take to farm smarter in a changing climate?” 
Over two impactful days, producer groups from Hali Ela, Bandarawela, and Welimada came together to learn, adapt, and lead the shift toward climate-resilient livelihoods and sustainable agriculture.
From polytunnel-based vegetable cultivation and floriculture, participants explored practical solutions to protect their crops, increase productivity, and build long-term resilience.
Held at the In-Service Training Institute, Bindunuwewa, and facilitated by Modern Agri Pvt Ltd, this program is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen inclusive and sustainable businesses across value chains.
Because when communities are equipped with the right knowledge, they don’t just survive climate challenges — they thrive.
